Project description
The project involves the establishment of new permanent agricultural crop systems on land previously affected by Xylella.
Company description
A multifunctional farm with a predominant olive and cereal growing focus (oats, durum wheat, fodder). Certified organic for over a decade, the company boasts a diversified agricultural model that combines the protection of wooded areas with the regeneration of its olive heritage, achieved through the planting of new intensive olive groves with tolerant varieties. The company also runs a structured livestock operation for dairy cattle and sheep; milk produced on-site is processed in the farm's own laboratory to make artisan dairy products and ice cream, sold directly at the farm shop. All production phases are supported by a modern, well-equipped fleet of machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable soil management.
