Company description

A multifunctional farm with a predominant olive and wine focus, integrated with arable crops and forage (oats, durum wheat, fodder). The company has been managed according to organic farming principles for well over twenty years, in compliance with EU Reg. 2018/848 and subsequent amendments. Founded and developed around excellence in olive growing and the production of high-quality organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, since 2021 the company has adhered to the IGP "Olio di Puglia" regulations. The company manages the entire olive supply chain, from cultivation and milling in its own on-site oil mill to packaging and direct sales. To overcome the impact of Xylella fastidiosa, a reconversion plan was undertaken based on new crops and the planting of intensive olive groves with resistant cultivars. The diversification process was further consolidated with the establishment of new vineyards; grape processing is entrusted to specialist external wineries, while the farm also features a showroom with a tasting room for the promotion of quality wines. The company boasts a modern, well-structured fleet of machinery, designed to ensure maximum operational efficiency across its various supply chains and to support Carbon Farming soil management practices.
